If you are not satisfied with the performance of theTasman, you may return them to us within 30 days for replacement, exchange to the equivalent value of your purchase or a refund.

You can return your socks within 30 days of purchase. If your socks are faulty we will send you a replacement pair free of charge.

Our support team will respond to returns enquiries within 1-3 business days and exchanges will be sent immediately following the receipt of the exchanged products. The cost of returning the item(s) by post is at the expense of the customer, unless faulty.
